Cyrea sexguttata
(Mulsant, 1850)

Diagnosis (hembra): Forma ovalada y convexa. Cabeza, pronoto, escutelo y élitros negros, los últimos con tres manchas amarillas en la línea media, separadas entre sí por una o más veces su largo. La 1 unida la base, subcircular, la 2 después del medio, subtriangular, la 3 en el declive elitral, transversal. Superficie ventral negra. Abdomen marrón oscuro. Piezas bucales, antenas y fémures rojo oscuro, los últimos con ápice negro, tibias rojas.

Tamaño: 2,3 mm.

Distribución: Brasil (Mato Grosso).

Observaciones: la cabeza y pronoto totalmente negro, y el color rojo de las piernas definen esta especie, más el diseño de tres puntos elitrales, el cual podría variar de conocerse el macho.
